Lorna Jorgenson – Equestrian Facilities

Equestrian Centre profile – Lorna Jorgenson

Located in the Mornington Peninsula, Lorna Jorgenson’s stunning 20x40mtr Equestrian facilities include a covered indoor arena and stables. The Colorbond Deep Ocean (a vibrant deep blue color) accentuates the facilities low profile and blends gracefully into the property. Well screened by vegetation and its distance from the road it still manages to look spectacular as you drive past.

Visitors to the centre are greeted by magnificent twin wooden doors which open onto functional spacious hallways complimented by stables along the external walls and storage down through the middle. The layout of the equestrian centre includes a stable complex at the front of the facility. The facility includes a wash-up area, tack room and hay storage. The floor is pressed concrete, painted with a tile finish for a delightful rustic European look.

The arena is well lit with hanging lights which are complemented by Ampelite skylights (a long lasting and thermally insulating alternative to standard fibreglass) which line the roof at regular intervals to provide natural diffused ambient light. The dressage arena utilises our patented EQUINArail system for industry standard sized kickboards.

EQUINAbuild can recommend a number of proven third party companies and contractors for each of those choices and project manages your Equestrian Centre from start to completed!
