The cost to build an industrial warehouse is not an easy question to answer accurately without a quote, as warehouses can range from very large to small. As all of our jobs are custom designed, you as a client can get a quote according to your direct specifications within one working day.
Small to medium warehouses
This range includes smaller warehouses, extensions, washbays and workshops. Smaller warehouse construction costs are estimated below.
Cost range: $10,000 – $45,000
Medium warehouses include storage sheds, machinery sheds, and small industrial buildings.
Cost range: $45,000 – $80,000
Big warehouses include constructions such as large warehouses, infrastructural buildings, and factories. Larger warehouse buildings costs are seen below.
Cost range: $80,000 – $400,000
