Challenges and solutions

We worked with our client to design the yard cover so it would not have any columns in the yard area that could interfere with the flow of cattle movement. We provided several options and 3D concepts before deciding on the final design. We also allowed for aprons to be added on the southern side in the future for further weather protection.

As most cattle yards are not level, this provided a challenge for us to design the yard cover around the site to ensure it was engineered correctly. Our installers had to work around difficult access when putting the shed up due to the existing yards.
