Recent industrial project case study
Following successful collaborations on two depots in other parts of Victoria, Central Steel Build was once again commissioned by Powercor to value-engineer and construct a new industrial depot in Keysborough. Partnering with a commercial builder, who provided the initial plans, our structural drafting team optimised the design for cost-effectiveness. We added a small parapet and enhanced the façade, elevating the structure's architectural appeal.
