Complete Road Seal NSW (CRS) specialises in asphalt and bitumen production, along with road sealing services in the Riverina area. As their business grew, safeguarding their extensive machinery from the elements and theft became increasingly crucial. CRS reached out to Central Steel Build to design and construct a building in Wagga Wagga, NSW, to securely house all their equipment.

Challenges and impact

We had to ensure the building design provided ample clearance heights for easy manoeuvring of large machinery through one side wall. Industrial roller shutters were planned for the openings to fully enclose the building during inclement weather and after business hours. We recommended a supplier for these doors, and the client arranged for installation.

CRS was highly pleased with our prompt turnaround times for structural engineering, fabrication and delivery to the site. As a result, the construction process progressed seamlessly and the project was delivered on time, exemplifying the reliability Central Steel Build is known for.
