Tony Flick machinery shed
Project overview
Tony approached us with an idea for a new machinery shed on his macadamia farm with an incorporated lunchroom and amenities area. The building needed to have large machinery access and be able to store macadamia husks in the future.
Being located in wind region B, we needed to ensure the shed was engineered to withstand the higher wind and cyclone-rated conditions. Tony also requested a cantilever at the front of the shed for extra weather protection.

“After being hit hard by Cyclone Alfred, which caused significant damage across our farm, the shed we built with Central Steel Build was the one thing still standing, completely undamaged. It’s a true testament to the exceptional quality of the shed. We didn’t experience a single issue with it, even in the face of such extreme weather. We couldn’t be more impressed with the durability and strength of the shed."
