Global Turf, specialists in turf solutions for racecourses and sports facilities across Australia, needed a new business premises to support their expanding operations. The company sought a cutting-edge commercial steel building that would combine a professional office environment with a practical warehouse for equipment storage and logistics.

Entrusting Central Steel Build with the project, Global Turf required a facility that reflected their industry expertise while providing long-term functionality and growth potential. Working closely with the client from concept to completion, our team designed and constructed a purpose-built office and warehouse facility that seamlessly integrates form, function, and visual appeal.

Throughout the design and construction process, Central Steel Build maintained close collaboration with Global Turf to ensure the finished structure met every operational and aesthetic goal.

The warehouse features roller doors with protective canopies for enhanced weatherproofing and accessibility, while the office façade incorporates extensive glazing, providing natural light and a modern, professional appearance. Each glazing beam and structural element was positioned with precision to achieve both visual balance and technical integrity.

The result is a modern commercial facility that supports Global Turf’s continued growth — a functional, durable, and visually refined office and warehouse building built to Central Steel Build’s exacting standards.
