Oritech, a family-owned Australian electrical company based in Mitchell Park, Victoria, provides electronics manufacturing services to clients nationwide. As the business expanded, Oritech required a new combined office and warehouse facility to support ongoing growth and operational efficiency.

MKM Constructions led the design and management of the project and engaged Central Steel Build for our proven expertise in commercial steel building solutions. Collaborating closely with MKM, we engineered a cost-effective and practical structural design tailored to Oritech’s needs.

A key feature of the build was the use of innovative L-shaped tilt panels, arranged to form fin-like architectural elements that created a modern, professional façade. This approach delivered both functionality and visual impact — a structure that reflects Oritech’s precision and forward-thinking approach to technology.
