Yulong Stud stable complex

Project overview

Yulong Stud originally approached us to design and build them a large stable complex to be used for yearlings and their mothers. However, after initial discussions, they decided to deal with us through a third-party stable fit-out provider to make the project less complicated to manage.

We collaborated closely to ensure the overall building design would work with the stable fit-out.

Challenges and solutions

The overall design of our building, including the placement of columns, required a considerable amount of attention and liaising with the stable providers to ensure the stable could be fitted out easily post-construction, including the retrofitting of stable shutter windows.
